Erntex^®-CCM is a synergistic mixture of organic acids that controls yeasts, fungi and Enterobacteriaceae during the silage filling process of your Corn Cob Mix (CCM), allowing the natural lactic acid bacteria present to thrive and achieve effective silage preservation.

 Field trial data
A large number of 2009 CCM harvest samples were tested in the Selko laboratory. This showed that 100,000 yeasts was the upper limit for adequate CCM silage. Poor silage preservation can be recognised by a large number of yeasts and a high pH.
