Selacid-Green improves gut health and performance in three steps
First step: the synergistic blend of free organic acids and MCFA improve the microbial quality of feed by inhibiting growth of E. coli, Salmonella, Clostridium and Streptococcus/Staphylococcus.
Second step: the synergistic blend of free organic acids reduces the pH and the buffering capacity in the stomach. This leads to an improved feed digestion and it inhibits the growth of E. coli, Salmonella, Clostridium and Streptococcus/Staphylococcus.
Third step: the buffered organic acids and MCFA reduce the level of E. coli, Salmonella, Clostridium and Streptococcus/Staphylococcus in the intestine while facilitaing growth of Lactobacillus.
